These optional enhancements are designed to quietly support that experience. Practical, beautiful, and seamlessly handled behind the scenes so you don’t need to think about the weather, the comfort of your guests, or last-minute scrambling on the day.
Everything is set up prior to guest arrival and packed down after the ceremony.
The Guest Comfort Package is complimentary with the Signature Moment ceremony, and available at a special add on rate to our other ceremony moment bookings. It is also available for standalone hire service.

Where Comfort Meets Ceremony
All guest comfort items are presented together in a beautifully considered display at the entrance or top of the ceremony space, creating a clear and welcoming “comfort station” for guests as they arrive.
Umbrellas, parasols, hand fans, and blankets are arranged so everything is easy to see and access, allowing guests to make a choice on arrival or return to the display during the ceremony if the weather shifts.
It creates a calm, organised presence within the space, practical support that blends seamlessly into the ceremony setting without taking away from the moment itself.

Prior to guest arrival, a styled comfort station is set up at the entrance or focal point of the ceremony space, allowing guests to clearly see what is available to them as they arrive and throughout the ceremony. Signage is included to gently invite guests to make use of the items provided and to return them following the ceremony.
